Returns

Austec Irrigation offers a 100% refund on all products within 14 days from the date of purchase so long as the product is in its original condition, including packaging.  Proof of purchase will be required at the time of return.

Note, special orders consisting of non stock items are excluded unless the manufacturer/supplier is prepared to credit Austec Irrigation for such returns.

Under these circumstances a handling fee may be included.

Warranty

All product warranties offered by Austec Irrigation are manufacturers warranties and as such the manufacturer reserves the right to reject any claim made against its product if the defect is not a manufacturing defect.

Note, if a manufacturer’s warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on, then Austec Irrigation will not stock and/or sell it’s product.
